User flows and user stories to determine functionalities
Louwman Exclusive has worked hard in recent years to make the showroom visit an impressive experience. To powerfully convey this feeling digitally as well, we started working out user flows and user stories.
User flows are schematic representations of all the touch points, decisions and actions a user undergoes when visiting the website. User stories describe the type of user and the purpose for which that user visits the Web site. By working out both in detail, we have a complete picture of all the pages and functionalities the website should contain.
