The right dialogue in the right place
Through knowledge gathered from research, user studies and A/B testing, we have become convinced that customers convert fastest when the right dialogue can be conducted at the right time, in the right place.
In addition to a refreshing redesign of all existing pages, blocks and components, we went to work on innovative ways of conducting dialogue at various points in the website. Adding social proof components, such as reviews and ratings, right next to these dialog boxes further increases the likelihood of a conversion.
A flexible platform for 16 unique brokers
The brokerage firms affiliated with Dynamis all offer services such as Sales, Purchases and Appraisals. But there are also differences. For example, one broker specializes in new construction, while another primarily has a large business network and a large selection of commercial properties. The new platform had to be built in such a flexible way that the 16 brokers could use the various modules to their best advantage, regardless of their services.
By building smart custom links with Realworks, Cubiq Eyes and Move, among others, all offices can achieve internal efficiencies while accelerating and improving service to customers.
